In most cases this issue can be resolved by restarting your computer, which refreshes your internet connection and allows Digital Care to attempt and connect again.
This license key expiry issue may be caused by your system date and time being incorrect at the time of the purchase. Please double-click on the clock in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and make any necessary corrections. Once this is done please restart your computer.
If you have recently upgraded or renewed Digital Care and now see a disclaimer telling you your program is expired you can refresh your account status.
Refresh your account:
- Open Digital Care.
- Click your username in the top right corner and select My Account.
- Alternatively, scroll to the Account section on the home screen and click the Account Information tile.
- At the bottom of the Account Information page, click the Refresh button.
