Digital Care says it has expired but my subscription is still active

If Digital Care is unable to connect to servers to check that it is up-to-date, you may encounter an error saying your subscription has expired or that your subscription will expire soon.

In most cases this issue can be resolved by restarting your computer, which refreshes your internet connection and allows Digital Care to attempt the connection again.

The premature expiration issue may also be caused by your system date and time being incorrect at the time of the purchase. Please double-click on the clock in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and ensure that this is not the case. Once this is done, restart your computer to see if the issue is resolved.

If you have recently upgraded or renewed Digital Care and now see a disclaimer telling you your program is expired, you can refresh your account status.

Refresh your account:

  1. Open Digital Care.
  2. Click the Info tab on the left side, then choose My Account.
  3. On the Account Information page, click the Refresh button.

Should you continue to experience issues, please contact support for further assistance.
