Your activation code is provided in the confirmation email we send you once you make your purchase. Depending on your email provider and setting, this email may be filtered into a junk or spam folder, so if you haven't received the confirmation email, please check there. If you are unable to locate the activation code or confirmation email, please contact our Support Team via email and they will be happy to provide you with your activation code.
How do I activate ProtectMeStick?
The first time you plug in and use ProtectMeStick you will be asked to activate the software from the Welcome screen:
- Turn ON your computer and login.
- You must have admin privileges to run ProtectMeStick.
- Plug ProtectMeStick into a USB port on your computer.
- Navigate to File Explorer through the Start menu.
- ProtectMeStick will appear as a drive on your system. Click on it.
- Double click on ProtectMeStick.
- Select Yes on the window asking for permission to make changes to your computer.
- Read the End User License Agreement and select Accept and continue.
- Select Next on the Welcome screen.
- To activate, type or copy and paste your activation code in the empty field and Click Activate Now.
- Your activation code is in your purchase confirmation email.
